SHIPPING
Our Shipping Partner
We have chosen the United States Postal Service (USPS) as our trusted shipping partner. With their longstanding reputation for reliability and extensive reach, we believe they provide our customers with top-notch service.
Order Processing:
Please allow 1-3 days for order processing. When you're item is shipped you will receive an email notifying you of your packages departure as well as a tracking number to follow your package in route.
Delivery Times:
After your order has been processed, here are the estimated delivery times you can expect:.
- Priority Mail: 1-3 business days.
Please note, these are average delivery times provided by USPS and might vary based on your location, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
International Shipping:
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We will update our policy if this changes in the future.
Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Goods:
We understand the frustration that can come with shipment issues. While we always strive to ensure our packages are delivered in a timely and safe manner, there can be factors beyond our control. Once the package leaves our facility and is handed over to USPS, Waingear is not responsible for lost, damaged, or stolen goods. If you face any such issues, it's essential to file a claim directly with USPS. We will do our best to assist and provide any necessary information needed for your claim.

It's crucial to provide an accurate shipping address when placing your order. If you find an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately so we can attempt to make corrections before the shipment goes out.

RETURNS
At WainGear, we want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase! If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to assist with a return. Please review our return policy outlined below:
Item Condition: To be eligible for a return and refund, your item must be:
- Unworn.
- In its original condition.
- Original tags must be attached.
- Packaged in its original packaging.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a refund will be automatically applied to your original method of payment. Please allow up to 14 business days for the transaction to process, depending on your card issuer's policies. If you have not received a refund after 14 days please contact us at hello@waingear.com.
Shipping Returns: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
Exchanges: Due to limited stock, we currently do not offer exchanges. If you need a different size or color, please return your item (following the guidelines above) and place a new order.
Exceptions: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@waingear.com with details of the product and the defect. We will promptly address the issue.
